Richard and his guys did an excellent job. There was a difficult and complicated situation at my house to install 3 mini splits with 1 condensor, and they came up with a very nice solution. The units and hvac lines look clean and as minimal as possible. He also went out of his way to help with other issues in my house such as rodents and problems in my crawl space. I would highly recommend Seabright Heating and Cooling!

"Tuve un problema con el aire acondicionado justo en los días de más calor y pensé que me iba a quedar sin él por semanas. Para mi sorpresa, y Seabright Team me dieron cita para el mismo día. El técnico llegó puntual, fue muy educado y revisó el equipo a conciencia. No solo lo reparó rápido, sino que me dio algunos consejos para mantenerlo. Un servicio profesional y rápido. Los recomiendo al 100%."

I was in an extremely tricky spot, needing to move a furnace from the attic back to its original location in the hallway. Richard at Seabright Heating and Cooling came through for me big time. This was a really difficult job and Richard showed up when I called him, almost immediately, took a good look, gave me a very reasonable quote—and stuck to it. He got the job done quickly, and was a real pleasure to work with. If you need an HVAC guy call Richard. You will not be disappointed. I’m sure. Anytime I reached out he was always available, unless he was working at which time he would call me right back.

At one point, I had a problem with my tankless water heater, that I thought was connected to the situation with the furnace – – and Richard was willing to drive an hour on his day off, Sunday at dinner, to come help me if I needed it. Can you imagine? I figured it out, quite easily actually, so I didn’t need him. But that’s the kind of help you’re going to get from Richard Lemus.

Clean, professional, prompt, friendly… I can keep throwing out positive adjectives, but I think you get the idea.

Thank you, Richard! From the bottom of my heart… my wife and I both really want to thank you.

My heater wasn't working very well, and my house is an icebox without it. Seabright Heating and Cooling did a great job. They are very professional, and really easy to work with. They fixed the heater, and we haven't had any issues since.

I had a really good experience with Seabright Heating and Cooling, Inc. Scheduling was simple, and they kept me updated so I wasn’t left wondering when someone would show up. The tech arrived right on time, looked over the issue, and explained what was going on without making it confusing.

What I appreciated most was that they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Just straight answers and solid work. My system’s running smoothly now, and the whole thing was a lot less stressful than I expected.

I’d definitely call Seabright Heating and Cooling, Inc. again and would recommend them to anyone who needs honest HVAC help.

I just want to thank Mr Ricardo for a wonderful job you did on our furnace. It was freezing cold in my house and he was able to fix the issue within the hour. I have an old system so I wasn't sure if anyone was able to fix my issues or if I had to buy a whole new HVAC system. Thank you for fair pricing , honesty and your knowledge we will definitely keep your number and recommend you to our friends and family.
