Richard and his guys did an excellent job.  There was a difficult and complicated situation at my house to install 3 mini splits with 1 condensor, and they came up with a very nice solution.  The units and hvac lines look clean and as minimal as possible.  He also went out of his way to help with other issues in my house such as rodents and problems in my crawl space. I was in an extremely tricky spot, needing to move a furnace from the attic back to its original location in the hallway. Richard at Seabright Heating  and Cooling came through for me big time. This was a really difficult job and Richard showed up when I called him, almost immediately, took a good look, gave me a very reasonable quote—and stuck to it. He got the job done quickly, and was a real pleasure to work with. If you need an HVAC guy call Richard. You will not be disappointed. I’m sure. Anytime I reached out he was always available, unless he was working at which time he would call me right back.

At one point, I had a problem with my tankless water heater, that I thought was connected to the situation with the furnace – – and Richard was willing to drive an hour on his day off, Sunday at dinner, to come help me if I needed it. Can you imagine? I figured it out, quite easily actually, so I didn’t need him. But that’s the kind of help you’re going to get from Richard Lemus.

Clean, professional, prompt, friendly… I can keep throwing out positive adjectives, but I think you get the idea.
