2. Estimates & Pricing

Free Estimates: We offer free estimates for specified installation and replacement projects. Final pricing depends on site inspection, equipment specifications, and scope of work.
Quotes & Changes: Written quotes provided by Seabright Heating & Cooling are valid for the duration specified on the proposal. Any modification to the agreed-upon scope of work requested by the customer will be documented in a written change order before additional work commences.
Payment Terms: Payment terms will be detailed on your service agreement or invoice. Invoices are due upon completion of the service unless explicitly agreed upon in writing before starting the job.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments: Service visits, routine maintenance, and repair calls are scheduled during our standard operating hours (Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm, Sat 8 am–3 pm, Closed Sun). Emergency service availability is subject to team scheduling.
Cancellations: We ask that customers provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment.

4. Warranties & Guarantees

Workmanship Guarantee: We take pride in clean, high-performing HVAC setups and strive to deliver exceptional service on every job. Workmanship guarantees will be outlined in your individual service agreement or invoice.
Manufacturer Warranties: Equipment and components installed by Seabright Heating & Cooling are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects or changes to manufacturer warranty terms.

5. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and service names, is the property of Seabright Heating & Cooling or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
